Returns & Exchanges

At Officine Générale, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original condition. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back into their original shipping box and include the printed return form inside to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
